Extremity Adjusting Addresses Joint Pain, Shoulder Pain,
Wrist Pain and More!

CCEP stands for Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner. It is a certification of course work beyond the DC (Doctor of Chiropractic) degree that emphasizes the adjusting and rehabilitation of the extremity joints, including:

Shoulder Pain Relief
Elbow Pain Relief
Wrist Pain (Carpal Tunnel) Relief
Hand & Finger Joint Pain
Jaw Pain
Hip Pain
Knee Pain
Ankle Pain
Foot Pain Relief

I experienced first-hand what it’s like to have a bad knee, painful shoulder and bad hip. I also experienced the relief of having these areas helped by chiropractic adjustment.

The extremities, which basically include any joint other than the spine, from the big toe (bunions) to the jaw (TMJ), can misalign and cause pain in the same manner as the spine. This is painful in and of itself. But, a problem in an extremity can have repercussions on the rest of the body and spine.

A bad knee can affect the pelvis and low back.
A misaligned shoulder can add stress and instability to the neck area.

If a problem area in the spine is not responding to care, I will begin to look toward an extremity misalignment, even if not directly painful, as a possibility. The solution is similar to that of the spine: gently adjusting the extremity joint to restore proper motion and alignment.

Please contact my office to schedule an appointment so that I can help you resolve your extremity discomfort.
